Mr Nice Guy
Well, we all know the term ' Mr Nice Guy' , and im sure we've all heard the ' your too nice' and the old ' your such a good friend' rejection stories.Well frankly...I think its a load of crap.
Can someone be TOO NICE ?? lets look at the definition of the term ' Nice' shall we ?

- Pleasing and agreeable in nature: had a nice time.
- Having a pleasant or attractive appearance: a nice dress; a nice face.
- Exhibiting courtesy and politeness: a nice gesture.
- Of good character and reputation; respectable.

Anyway...the question i want to ask, has been made into a movie.. and so i dare ask that question
... " What do women want ?? "
Mothers and female friends try and tell you to be yourself, and be nice to girls.... but what they dont tell you, is that those same girls aren't normally told to do the same in return to boys.
Over the years since the whole Sex Equalism Law/Ethic was really emphasised. Women in general have turned more independant, increasing the population of the workplace, and also increasing their ability to use their powers as ' women'.
As someone once said " A woman...is the most powerful creature in the world".
I do believe this is true, in my opinion... a woman can either make you or break you.
Personally ..I am catholic and I do belive in god, and the trinity... and I try to be openmined in regards to the whole Adam & Eve story. But how did they get there ? Is like tha saying " what came first..the chicken or the egg" i reckon Colonel Sanders came first...but thats jus my opinion. but back to the story... :)
.... in this case its without the man, a woman cannot reproduce...... and vice versa.. without the woman, a man cannot breed.
So what does this say for equality between sexes.... ? Each one depends on the other... which brings me back to the topic... can a man be too nice ?, there are often placed within two categories, and really falls down to personal opinion.
- Physical- smothering too much, kissing too much, not enough space !
- Emotional- Saying i love you, bubba... cute names.. etc...
Okay "Smothering" fair enough, "Bubba?!" im not a real big fan of the word, or cute pet names people use. So i agree that both are pretty dawnting when someone is attracted to you, both emotionally and physically.
"Men have the chromosomes pairing of XY and women have the pairing of XX."
.... What about when they are your friend ?
Is there a rule book, stating that you cant be nice to a friend of the opposite sex... ?, and if so.., Why do all women use that judgement as an excuse for rejection. and i quote.
" your too nice ..", i think some women just dont realise what that means to a guy. and sometimes the consequences of hearing those 3 little words can be quite horrendus. It comes down to the communication.
And did i mention the " Just a friend" line, Mario and Biz Markee made a beautiful song. which i believe describes my feelings towards the girls that have knocked me down after being their friend for so long. If you get time, please try and listen to 'Biz Markee- Just a friend'
or the newer version. 'Mario- just a friend'
Either one or anything similar has terrible outcomes. Personaly Ive have come across with those lines many times in my past. I'm usually pretty ok with rejection, however the after effects were slightly overwhelming. I dont think noone really knows what love is.. but when your young you feel something special about someone, because of how they make you feel.
and sometimes it feels ....(and i quote another movie title) " A lot like Love "
I personally havnt seen the movie, only the trailer... as usual most films have happy endings.. boy gets the girl of his dreams and so forth...life is somewhat different....
When a guy likes a girl, she has the advantage.... and when the girl likes the boy...he has the advantage.... If they both like each other... then theres no problem.
When a friend likes a friend of the opposite sex... it doesnt matter how much they trust and know you, it reallly boils down to attraction.
Someone I had as a friend, was of the opposite sex.. she knew i loved her, and she moved away, she didnt feel the same way i did. I told her how i felt.. but nothing. she ignored it....pushd me away emotionally...
which only made it worse.... I stil think of her... and speak to her as a friend... but i believe shes the one i should be with. i couldnt imagine my life without her, shes moved 6 hours drive away, and now we both have our space. which may be a good thing. but i really need her in my life.
If only she listend to her friends when they said " you two should be together", things may have been different. But i guess things happen for a reason.
